Christmas Eve . . . a time to reflect!

To my dear family and friends . . .

What does "Christmas Eve" mean to me???

Well, for me . . . it's about kindness, stillness, and deep reflection on love, hope and gratitude!!

It bridges the year's end . . . with the promise of Christmas day . . . blending spiritual significance . . . with secular joy . . . where we focus on connections, presence, peace and new beginnings.

This night . . . is a "pause" so to speak . . . to appreciate loved ones . . . reflect on faith . . . and feel the "magic" of the "reason" for this season.

It's the "holy night" of Jesus's birth . . . a time for prayer and understanding God's love and grace.

It's a moment to give thanks for the past year . . . let go of imperfections . . . and be "present" with family, friends and oneself.

It's a quiet moment in time . . . to be still . . . listen to your heart . . . and deepen bonds through shared tradition, candle lite services, quiet moments by the fire . . . and being "humbled" . . . as Mary and Joseph were.

To me . . . Christmas . . . is not a time . . . nor a season . . . but rather a "state of mind"!!!

You see, to me . . . this "state of mind" . . . is the true essence of embodying values like peace, goodwill, kindness, compassion, and generosity . . . that should last all year round!!!

So, please take tonight . . . and be "mindful" of your world . . .

Remember . . .

Yesterday . . . is history

Tomorrow . . . is a mystery

But, "today" . . . "tonight" . . . is the "present" . . .

So, take this time in the silence of angels . . . to be "present" and focus on the "now" for purpose, growth and gratitude . . . making it the "most" valuable moment of your life . . .

For tonight . . . the "world" . . . CELEBRATES!!!
