
So, the question for today is this . . . how do we "correct" BILE that's "unbalanced" and causing "gallstones" . . . IF WE STILL HAVE OUR GALLBLADDER???
Well . . . the "biggest" factor is this Western diet we all love so much!!!
You see . . . we NEVER give the "liver" a "break" from making "bile" . . . because we're ALWAYS EATING . . .
Therefore . . . we NEVER give our MMC (migrating motor complex) a chance to work correctly!!!
So . . . to correct a "bile imbalance" . . . the primary approach is through "DIETARY MODIFICATIONS" . . . like . . .
Eating a "low-fat diet" - reducing fat intake can lessen the amount of bile needed for digestion . . .
And eating "fiber-rich foods" - "fiber" helps regulate bowel movements and can bind to "bile acids" . . . for proper elimination . . .
BUT . . . the biggest factor . . . is staying "HYDRATED"!!!
Drinking plenty of "plain" water helps with overall digestion and BILE FLOW.
Okay . . . so, we now know some ways to "correct" BILE IMBALANCE if we "still" have our "gallbladder" . . .
But, what if we DON'T have a gallbladder . . . how do we "balance" our "bile" for proper digestion of "FATS"???
