"Counteracting" Oxalate distress . . .

So, we now know the "devastation" that consuming TOO MANY "oxalate" foods can cause to our health . . .


"IF" . . . our body IS NOT functioning properly to "eliminate" them.


And with this . . . "high levels" can also . . . contribute to "hormone imbalances" . . .


Particularly our . . . THYROID gland!!!


You see . . . "oxalate crystals" . . . cause "inflammation" in the "thyroid gland" . . . leading to "Hypothyroidism"!!!


And remember we just spoke about our "Mitochondria" a week ago . . .


Well . . . these little "crystals" . . . also cause inflammation, oxidative stress . . . and MITOCHONDRIAL dysfunction!!!!


So . . . how do we "manage" this health dilemma . . . that "may" we silently killing us???


Well . . . the biggest thing is something called . . . "PAIRING" . . .


You see . . . "pairing" CALCIUM RICH foods like dairy and calcium supplementation . . . WITH . . . oxalate-containing foods . . .


Will BIND that "calcium" to the oxalates in the gut . . . and . . . NOT the KIDNEYS or the rest of the body!!!!


We would also need to . . .


Drink plenty of water to "dilute" urine . . . and help "flush" our those "oxalate crystals" . . .


So, staying "hydrated" and . . . being "mindful" . . . to our diet . . . by PAIRING . . . are KEY!!!
