Good morning my friends . . .
I hope to find you all healthy and happy today . . .
So, the question for this week is this . . . Have you ever heard of "HAARP" before???
What do they "actually" DO???
And are they "destroying" life as we know it???
Well, first . . . if you haven't heard of them . . . "HAARP" stands for "High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program" . . .
Which is a research "project" that studies the "ionosphere" . . . which is the highest part of the Earth's atmosphere.
It's located in Gakona, Alaska . . . and studies, SIMULATES and CONTROLS ionospheric processes with an IRI (Ionospheric Research Instrument) from a "high-power RADIO frequency transmitter facility.
It has 180 "radio antennas" spread over an area of about 33 acres . . .
Which . . . is a University of Alaska Fairbanks program . . . FUNDED by the US government.
What???
Now . . . a man named Dr. Eastlund patented this project in 1987 and completed this project and design in 1994 . . . which was titled . . . "Method and apparatus for "altering" a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere and/or magnetosphere"!!!
But . . . he stated . . . this project was "ONLY" being used for research and NOT for military purposes or such purposes as "weather control" . . .
However . . . it does provide a means and method to cause "interference" WITH or EVEN TOTAL DISRUPTION OF COMMUNICATIONS OVER A VERY LARGE PORTION OF THE EARTH!!!
And . . . "WEATHER MODIFICATION" is possible by "altering" upper atmosphere wind patterns . . . or "altering" SOLAR absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.
And if that's not bad enough . . .
The US government fully acknowledges that is built a "massive" array of antennas in Alaska with the "capability" of disturbing the "ionosphere" exactly as described in Eastlund's patent.
So, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE PEOPLE???
Well . . . tomorrow let's continue . . .
