"Eliminating" ETHANOL" from the body!

So, today . . . let's talk about how to "eliminate" the "ETHANOL" from our body and blood.

And to do that . . . we would first need to stop and eliminate the "fungus/yeast" overgrowth from producing itself.

Now . . . "fungus/yeast" is a tricky little bugger because it is very "smart" and adapts easily to its environment . . . and therefore, HARD TO KILL!

You see . . . "fungus/yeast" has a "shell" around it to protect it from harm. Which is good for the "fungus" . . . but, "not" for us!

So, in order to accomplish our mission . . . we need an agent that can "break open" that shell so we can kill the "fungus/yeast" overgrowth . . .

Now . . . another problem with a "fungus/yeast" overgrowth is that it "reproduces" all the time . . . everyday!

So even though you have a good killing protocol and kill the "fungus/yeast" for that day . . .

New baby "fungi" stay "dormant" until conditions in the body are right again for them to survive and grow.

So, when "eliminating" fungus/yeast" from the body . . . this process takes several killing protocols and time. (which is a discussion for another post)

And . . . one of the most important ways to "eliminate" this overgrowth from the body is to "STOP FEEDING IT"!!!!

You see . . . we would need to eat an "anti-inflammatory diet" . . . with "oxygen rich foods" . . . and "eliminating" the "fungus/yeast" overgrowth's MAIN food source of . . .

SUGAR AND CARBS . .

This is the first step to a healthier you . . .

Okay . . . so what about "eliminating" the excess "ETHANOL" in the body to help the liver, while we're "eliminating" the "fungal" overgrowth???

Well, molybdenum can help detoxify the liver by supporting the liver's sulfation process, which eliminates toxins from the body.

Molybdenum . . . helps break down these toxins and release them through the bladder.

So, it helps the liver break down "ETHANOL", alcohol and some drugs

It can even support overall cellular processes and DNA function

And what "oxygen rich foods" contain Molybdenum???

Well . . . that would be . . .

Eggs

Plain Greek yogurt

Leafy greens

Chicken

And Almonds to mention a few

And next week we'll talk more about that.

But . . . as always, PLEASE consult your own Healthcare provider before taking any new protocol, regiment or supplementation

As always, feel free to DM or contact me at: miraclemeadows.net/contact/

And please, be safe and "mindful" of your would people!

"Molybdenum" - what's it all about?

So, today . . . let's finish this topic of a "fungus/yeast" overgrowth, Ethanol and CANCER. As we ended our conversation last week . . ....

"ETHANOL" and "ALCOHOL"

So, we now know . . . just how destructive "ETHANOL" that the "fungus/yeast" overgrowth called Candidiasis can truly be to our body and...
