So, the question for today is this . . .
HOW DO WE GET RID OF THESE "SPIKE PROTEIN" FROM THE BODY???
Now . . . in "theory" . . . "IF" the body's "immune system" is in TIP-TOP shape . . .
The immune system "SHOULD" . . . quickly identify these "pathogens" . . . attack them . . . and destroy the "spike proteins".
But . . . as we know . . . this Western diet we all love so much with its "unhealthy" ratio of Omega 6s to Omega 3s . . . (remember we should be at a ratio of 1:1 . . . but this western diet is a 49:1 ratio . . . NOT GOOD PEOPLE) . . .
So, the question is . . . how do we get our "immune system" to work properly to destroy "covid spike proteins" lingering in our body??
Well . . . that would be by . . . INCREASING AUTOPHAGY!!!!
Okay . . . so, I'm sure your thinking . . . what is "autophagy"???
Well . . . it's a "cellular" process in which cells "break down" and "recycle" their own components like proteins, organelles and cellular debris (spike proteins".
And what this process you ask???
First up . . . "INITIATION" - signals such as stress like starvation, infection activate the genes process
Next . . . "FORMATION OF AN AUTOPHAGOSOME" - this structure forms around the cellular component to be recycled
"FUSION WITH A LYSOSOME" - this autophagosome fuses with lysosome a digestive organelle
"BREAKDOWN AND RECYCLING" - the lysosomal enzymes break down the cellular components into building blocks call amino acids that can be reused by the cells
And what are the "BENEFITS" of Autophagy you ask???
Well . . . they would be . . .
Cellular recycling . . . removing damaged and unnecessary elements from the body for cellular health
Stress adaptation . . . helping our cells cope with stress conditions like "infections"
Disease prevention . . . the method can reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic disorders and cancer
Longevity . . . this method can contribute to extending lifespan by "clearing" damaged cells and improving cellular function
So . . . how to we INDUCE Autophagy naturally???
Well . . . first and foremost . . .
"Intermittent fasting" . . . 2 days in a row . . . once every month . . . (any kind of fasting should NOT be done any more than this . . . I am NOT a believer of full fasting)
An Intermittent fasting protocol that involves fasting for periods of 16-18 hour (no more) will INDUCE Autophagy.
During this time, the body "depletes" its "glucose stores" and begins to breakdown proteins and fat for energy . . . and this is the process that triggers Autophagy.
Next . . . moderate-intensity exercise can also stimulate autophagy . . .
And this would be . . .
Cycling for 60 minutes
Brisk walking for 30 minutes . . . shooting for 60 minutes
Swimming laps for at least 20 minutes
Even dancing or yard work will stimulate "autophagy" in adequate amounts of time
And what about "spices" and "herbs" to help clean out the "spike proteins" from our body???
Well . . . they would be . . .
"Turmeric" . . . contains "curcumin" . . . which can trigger "autophagy" by inhibiting the mTOR pathway and activating other signaling pathways like AMPK to eliminate "spike proteins" from the body
With mTOR meaning . . . the mechanics of this pathway are a "signaling network" that plays a crucial role in regulating "cell growth" . . . metabolism . . . and "autophagy".
And AMPK being . . . a cellular "energy sensor" that "regulates" energy levels in our cells and therefore our body
"Ginger" . . . contains 6-gingerol . . . which can increase "autophagy" and "longevity" by inhibiting mTOR
"Black Pepper" . . . contains piperine . . . which can also increase autophagy and longevity by inhibiting mTOR

So, start cleaning your body out today from the "side effects" of Covid, its vaccines and booster . . . and "spike proteins"
