Helping the "symptoms" of "Menopause"

So, today . . . let's finish this topic about the "limbic system" and "menopause".


So, yesterday we spoke about this Western diet containing "high" amounts of Omega 6 fatty acids . . . which are very "inflammatory" to the body and BRAIN.


We also discovered that the "limbic system" in the brain contains the highest amount of "ESTROGEN RECEPTORS" . . . that control how the body "handles" menopause!!!


And when there's an alteration in levels of "estrogen" during menopause . . . it's the "limbic system" and its "estrogen receptors" . . . that determine whether we have an easy menopause . . . or a difficult one.


So, how do we help this process???


Well . . . that would be with Omega 3 fatty acids . . .

And remember how we spoke about the hormone called FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) produced by the pituitary gland . . . trying to "stimulate" the OVARIES during menopause???
