How do we "FIX" SODO Dementia?

ree

Okay . . . so, we now know . . . SODO Dementia is "reversible" . . .

And this is due to it NOT REALLY being Dementia at all.

It's just a MIMICING mental illness.

We also have discovered that "Pseudodementia" (SODO) . . . is reversed by treating "its" underlying "psychiatric" like . . . depression and anxiety.

And with this . . . "lifestyle adjustments" are necessary for "reversal" of this mental illness like . . .

Eating an anti-inflammatory diet

Regular exercise

Engaging in social activities

And being "aware" of the symptoms like . . .

Difficulty recalling recent events, forgetting appointments or losing objects

Trouble focusing, following conversations, or completing tasks

Difficulty finding words, making decisions or responding to question slowly

Loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed, apathy or fatigue

Anxiety, irritability or feelings of hopelessness

Confusion about time, place or person in severe cases

Insomnia or excessive sleeping

Headaches

Dizziness

And the most important symptom to look for is . . . "gastrointestinal problems"!!!

You see . . . "gastrointestinal" (GI) issues can cause SODO dementia through multiple pathways in the "gut/brain axis" . . . which we've spoken about many times before.

With these pathways involving . . .

Inflammation response

Nutrient deficiencies from malabsorption

And the disruption of "chemical" signaling between the gut and brain.

So, tomorrow . . . let's break it down even more and then find a way to "fix" it.
