How to help "ease" Psoriasis . . .

Okay . . . so, yesterday . . . we discovered that many of the "foods" we love . . . can cause a "flare-up" in psoriasis symptoms.


So, what "foods" can help to "ease" the pain and discomfort???


Well . . . that would be . . . "ANTI-INFLAMMATORY" foods like . . .


Fish

Lean protein

Plant-based protein

Fruits

Green leafy vegetables (but NOT nightshades)

Nuts and seeds (but NOT fungal nuts like cashews or peanuts . . . or some seeds)

Olive oil

Coconut oil


You see . . . the "key" to controlling "psoriasis" is . . . eating an "anti-inflammatory" diet.


And as we know from previous Health Tips . . . this Western diet we all love so much is "loaded" with "Omega 6 fatty acid" . . . which are "INFLAMMATORY" foods . . . causing our symptoms.


Whereas . . . eating an "ANTI-INFLAMMATORY" diet . . . this way of eating is "loaded" with "Omega 3 fatty acids" . . . which can "calm" the fire within us . . . while helping to control and ease the discomfort of "psoriasis"!!!


Now . . . another way in conjunction with "anti-inflammatory" eating is with . . . using "antifungal medications".


Remember . . . "Candida" a "fungal" invader . . . is the root cause . . . therefore . . . using an "antifungal" will help to ease the suffering.


And one of the best ways to accomplish that mission is with . . . "COCONUT OIL"


Rubbing "coconut oil" on the skin . . . after taking a shower or bath . . . is an excellent way to keep the skin "moisturized" . . .


And . . . "coconut oil" is an "ANTIFUNGAL" . . .


Another way to help keep the "moisture" in the skin . . . while "healing" the skin is with . . .


"Magnesium oil" . . .
