The "TRUE" Sourdough Bread

Good morning my friends . . .
I hope to find you all happy and healthy . . .
So . . . a lot has been happening here on the farm at Miracle Meadows.
It's "haying season" . . . we've finished some projects . . . we held a health seminar . . . and I've been baking up a storm. This pictures is one of my "sourdough breads" I sell . . .
So, this week . . . let's talk BREAD!!!
Did you know . . . "NOT" ALL BREADS are created equal????
AND . . . "NOT" all sourdough breads are the "same" either???
So, let's figure this one out . . .
Because we "ALL" like to have a slice of bread once in awhile.
So, the question for today is this . . .
IS "SOURDOUGH BREAD" . . . HEALTHIER . . . THAN REGULAR BREAD???
And the answer would be "YES"!!!
Why you ask???
Well . . . this would be due to the "fermentation process" of sourdough.
You see . . . this "fermentation" ENHANCES the bread's "NUTRITIONAL VALUE" . . . making it easier to "digest" and "potentially" impacting BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS . . .
More "FAVORABLY" . . . that is!!!!
