How to take care of our "liver"

So, today . . . let's talk about how we can help keep our "liver" healthy . . .
Other than getting rid of the bacterial infection called . . . H. pylori . . . we spoke of yesterday . . .
So, what can we do???
Well . . . we would need to "focus" on a "balanced" diet rich in . . .
Fruits
Veggies
Whole grains
and Healthy fats
We would also need to . . .
Stay hydrated with water
Remove alcohol from the diet
Remove sugar and processed food from the diet
Exercise regularly
Maintain a healthy weight
and be "mindful" of medication and toxin in your world!!!
Now . . . some "liver healthy foods" would be . . .
Leafy greens
Berries
Cruciferous veggies like broccoli and kale
Garlic
Nuts
Seeds
Whole grains
and Omega 3 fatty acids
And "eliminate" foods like . . .
Sugary drinks
Refined carbohydrates like white bread and pastas
Processed snacks
and Excessive unhealthy fats like, Canola, Soy and Vegetable oils
