Inspiration for the New Year!

Good morning my friends and family . . .

I'm glad to be back posting . . . and I hope to find you all well !!!

So, a NEW YEAR is upon us . . . with all its "POSSIBILITIES"!!!

And Eleanor Roosevelt once said . . .

"With the new day . . . comes new strength and new thoughts"

And might I "remind" you that . . . this new year . . .

Will ONLY bring to YOU . . . what YOU . . . bring to it!!!

And over the years . . . I've said this many times before . . .

That we MUST take care of our body . . . because in "reality" . . . it's the ONLY place we "really" have to LIVE!!!

THINK ABOUT THAT STATEMENT PEOPLE!!!!

Do you get it???

The "vessel" we call our body . . . should be our "TEMPLE"!!!

It doesn't matter how big or small our physical home or dwelling is . . . how much land we have . . . or even . . . what part of the country we live in . . .

Because . . . WITHOUT . . . our "vessel" . . . sound and secure . . . running like a finely tuned "machine" . . .

Wisdom cannot reveal itself . . . and intelligence cannot be "applied"!!!!

Because as we know . . . "KNOWLEDGE IS THE POWER OF HEALING"!!

YOU . . . are the ONLY one that can listen to what your body is telling you . . .

Medical professional . . . are just going along for the ride . . . and trying to figure out how to fix you . . . by what YOU'VE TOLD THEM!!!

I guarantee you . . . you've NEVER gone to see your physician . . . where he/she . . . hasn't started the conversation with . . .

So, how are you feeling . . . what's going on this you and your body???

They type in your comments, ailments and complaints . . . on their laptop . . . to a medical system that will help them try to figure out a plan of action.

Then they said . . . let's do some blood work to better understand.

That my friends . . . is the "SCIENCE" of our health!!!

But . . . there's a saying that goes . . .

"I looked for the science . . . but couldn't find it . . . I followed the money and that's where the science was hiding!!!

You see . . . "Science" is ONLY about "checks" and "balances" . . .

And in today's world . . . the "medical profession" . . . FOCUSES on . . . prescriptions and procedures . . .

NOT the "MECHANICS" of the human body to actually "fix" us!!!

But . . . the practice of listening to the "mechanics" of the human body (my world) . . . is about FOCUSING . . . on the "root cause" and "cure"!!!

People . . . we're all the "same" . . . our "mechanics" that is . . .

It doesn't matter what your ailment, age, weight, race, etc. are . . .

To fix any health issue . . .

It's about going back to basics . . . listening to what your body is telling you . . . and fixing it through . . . "correcting" the body's "internal dialogue" . . .

In other words . . . FIXING OUR MECHANICAL SYSTEMS!!!

And that's done through "self-care" and KNOWLEDGE!!!

As Albert Einstein once said . . .

"The most important thing in life . . . is to NOT STOP questioning . . . because . . . "curiosity" has its own reason for existing!"

So, this new year of 2026 . . . is the time to start "communicating" clearly with your body and its "internal dialogue . . .

Because "time" and "health" . . . are 2 precious assets that we don't "RECOGNIZE" and "APPRECIATE" . . . until they've been DEPLETED!!!

So, this week let's talk about . . . our "mechanics"!!!
