Is "Modified FOOD Starch" any better?

So, this week we've spoken about the devastation "Maltodextrin" and "Modified CORN Starch" can do to our body and health . . .
But, what about "Modified FOOD Starch"???
Is that any better???
Well . . . unfortunately . . . NO!!!
You see , , , "modified CORN starch" and "modified FOOD starch" are basically the same thing . . . just made from different sources
"Modified CORN starch" . . . is made from "GMO CORN" . . .
Whereas . . . "Modified FOOD starch" . . . is made from . . . corn, waxy maize, potatoes, tapioca and/or WHEAT!!!
BUT . . . BOTH are physically, chemically and/or enzymatically ALTERED to improve heat resistance, stability, thickness, and texture in processed foods.
You see . . . all 3 of these additives we've been talking about . . .
Are "designed" to "help" the food manufacturers meet specific functional needs . . .
While optimizing for COST EFFICIENCY . . .
And guess what???
They actually say . . . they use these ingredients . . . due to "consumer" preferences . . .
So, are they blaming their actions on us???
All because society . . . and this Western world we live in . . .
Have made us crave this processed food???
You see . . . manufacturers of our food products are BANKING ON . . .
Consumers placing their "priority" on CONVENIENCE . . . NOT . . . NUTRITIONAL VALUE!!!
But . . . none of these elements . . . meet "CLEAN LABEL REQUIRMENTS"
