Homemade Sourdough "PASTA"

So, why is our "pasta" healthier you ask???

Well . . . if you look at your pasta labels at home . . . "most" pastas contain "Semolina Wheat" flour (made from Durum wheat).

Whereas . . . I "ONLY" bake with "Hard Red Wheat" flour.

Why you ask???

Well . . . "Semolina" flour is a . . .

REFINED grain product

Contains "endosperm" . . . which is less "nutrient-dense"

Very HIGH in "Glutens"

And LOWER in FIBER due to being refined

Plus . . . even though our government says . . . this is NOT a GMO food . . .

"Durum wheat" goes under "genetic changes" through . . . "induced mutagenesis" . . .

Meaning . . . bombarding seeds with RADIATION!!!!!

Whereas . . . "Hard Red Wheat" flour is a . . .

Whole grain

HIGH in nutrient value

LOWER in "Glutens" (all pasta has glutens . . . if it's REAL pasta)

Easier to digest due to it HIGH FIBER content

And High in fiber which helps regulate blood sugar levels

AND . . . "Hard Red Wheat" . . . is CERTIFIED as a NON-GMO wheat food . . . on EVERY level.

Not to mention . . .

My "pasta" contains . . . NO . . . preservatives or additives . . . with a "shelf-life" of months due to being "vacuum bagged".

And YES . . . due to this pasta containing NO sugar additives . . . being "Hard Red Wheat" . . . and it being a Sourdough "CLEAN" pasta . . .
