"Like supports Like" in the "Plant" World Thurs Oct 9th

So, yesterday, we spoke about how "like supports like" in the "organ meat" world . . .
But, what if you're a vegetarian . . . or . . . vegan???
Or just think you can't stomach eating organ meat???
Well . . . this same principle . . . is in the "plant" world also.
You see . . . this concept is a beneficial interaction.
Plants "release" compounds (exudates) that "influence" the surrounding soil . . . and the microorganisms living there.
And this "interaction" with the soil's ecosystem . . . aids the plant in "nutrient" uptake or stress resistance.
Now . . . as we know . . . plants can significantly "support" human health . . .
And the idea that eating "specific" plants . . . can benefit corresponding body parts . . .
And this is due to a resemblance known as the "Doctrine of Signatures"!
This ancient concept suggests that plants display characteristics that hint at their potential medicinal uses like . . .
Carrots - when sliced . . . they look like the eye's iris and pupil and they contain vitamins A, C. and E . . . as well as lutein and zeaxanthin . . . which are beneficial for eye health.
Walnuts - resemble the human brain with their left and right hemispheres, upper cerebrum, and lower cerebellum . . . and they're rich in omega 3 fatty acids . . . which are important for brain health
And what about Kidney beans - they resemble our kidneys and provide potassium and magnesium . . . which help regulate blood pressure and support kidney function.
Again . . . we have "like supports like"!!!
Okay, so getting back to my health journey . . .
How did "like supports like" help me with my "histamine" issue???
Well . . . tomorrow, I'll tell you what I found and how it helped my body get back on track with optimal "histamine" levels.
