Making "Mosquitos" Run the Other Way!



So, is it possible to make "Mosquitos" . . . RUN THE OTHER WAY . . . when they see you coming???


Well 100% . . . probably NOT . . .


But, I do have some suggestions that can help!


As for our issue with . . .


"Expelling Carbon dioxide" - practicing "deep breathing" exercises can help to LOWER CORTISOL LEVELS in breath


"Lactic acid on our skin" - Make sure you don't use skincare products that contain lactic acid . . . "IF" . . . you know you'll be outside.


And "lactic acid in our sweat" - just pat sweat frequently, or use an essential oil to "mask" the lactic acid like . . . Lavender, Lemon eucalyptus, Lemongrass oils . . . because with this . . . mosquitos will cut a wide path around you.


"High Cortisol Levels" - supplements like . . . magnesium, vitamin B6 and Omega 3 fatty acids . . . all lower cortisol stress levels. And with this . . . mosquitos will have a hard time smelling your stress


And finally . . . if you know you'll be outside . . . DON'T have coffee in the morning . . . or . . . drink alcohol while you're outside . . . because they both RAISE OUR CORTISOL LEVELS . . .


And with this . . . you're just waving that big red flag to mosquitos . . .


I'M OVER HERE . . . COME BITE ME!!!


So, what's my "secret" to being outside all the time and NOT getting bit???


Well . . . I either use "organic UNREFINED cold-press coconut oil" on my skin . . .


Or . . . "Neem oil"


They BOTH . . . smell GREAT to US . . .


But NOT to mosquitos . . .


And studies have shown . . . they work BETTER and are SAFER . . . then using DEEP and other chemical on our body.
