So, yesterday . . . we spoke about "conventional" medicine . . . and how they help to "eliminate" parasites from the body.
But . . . there can be many "side effects" to "ANY" deworming protocol like . . . nausea, dizziness, fatigue, irritability, digestive disorders, abdominal pain, transient diarrhea and headache . . . "all" due to these remedies being "highly toxic drugs"
So, choosing a "de-wormer" . . . should be about choosing one that's "LOW" in toxicity to the human body and our "elimination system".
It may take a little longer to accomplish your mission . . . but, there will be less "side effect" to deal with.
Now, remember . . . "intestinal worms" . . . live in the body's digestive system . . . "preying" on the body's tissues and blood . . . causing health issues that can range from abdominal pain . . . to seizures . . . and blood infections.
So . . . today, we're going to talk about my world of "alternative" medicine . . . and "Naturopathy".
What can we use to get this job done of "deworming" the body from "parasites"???
Well . . . there are "MANY" options out there in nature like consuming . . .
Raw garlic
Ginger
Turmeric
Pumpkin seeds
Pomegranates
Cloves
Beets
Carrots
Papaya seeds
Wormwood herb
Probiotics
Berberine
Eating an "anti-inflammatory" diet
Just to mention a few . . .
And . . . drinking a lot of "water" to flush those little buggers . . . out of the body.
One of my go-to protocols is combining "Manuka honey" with "papaya seed" . . . and consuming that mixture on an empty stomach for about a week. But . . . you still need to drink a lot of water to "flush" the dead parasites out of the body.
NOTE: As always, consult with your own healthcare provider before taking any new regiment.
PLUS: People that should NOT use this method . . . are people that are "allergic" to "papaya".
So, tomorrow . . . let's ask another question . . .
