"Oxalate" Dumping - what's that all about?

So, there's something called . . . "oxalate dumping" . . .

And this is when "excess" oxalates cause symptoms like . . .

Fatigue

Mood swings

Anxiety

and Brain Fog

And when we have TOO MANY "oxalate" in the body and "dumping" occurs . . .

We'll see . . .

Kidney stones

Pain in the back/side/groin

Pain in the lower abdomen

Bloody urine

Cloudy urine

Frequent urination

Pain when peeing

Nausea

Vomiting

Diarrhea

Dry, itchy skin

Muscle cramps

Trouble concentrating

Chest pain

Shortness of breath

and Swelling in the ankles, feel and face

Now . . . today, let's talk about some more foods that are causing this discomfort in the body . . .

"High Oxalate food" are foods like . . .

FRUITS - figs, raspberries, date

VEGETABLES - spinach, okra, beans, beets

GRAINS - whole grain products

NUTS - basically ALL nut . . . but peanuts, cashews and almonds are very high

OTHERS - chocolate, cocoa, black tea

With . . . "Low Oxalate foods" being . . .

FRUITS - apples, oranges, peaches, raisins and mangos

VEGETABLES - lettuce, carrots, avocados, asparagus

GRAINS - unfortunately . . . white rice, white bread and durum pastas

NUTS - NONE

OTHER - coffee, meat products and milk products

And unfortunately . . . EXCESSIVE "oxalate" accumulation in the body can cause . . .

Not only . . . kidney stones . . . tonsil stones and gallbladder stones . . .

But, also . . .

Kidney damage (nephropathy)

Kidney failure, leading to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

End-stage "Renal" Disease (ESRD)

And these "harmful" oxalate crystal can be "deposited" in our . . .

Bones

Blood vessels

Heart

Eye

Gut . . . irritating the lining causing "LEAKY GUT"

So, the next BIG question is this . . . HOW DO WE FIX IT???

Well, tomorrow . . . we'll talk about that . . .
