Proper "Digestive Enzymes"

So, today . . . let's talk about "digestive enzymes" and what part they play in a "healthy" bowel movement.


Now . . . without proper "enzymes" functioning in the body . . . we can't breakdown the fats, carbohydrates and proteins from this Western diet we love so much.


And I know this is confusing . . . due to there being so many "digestive enzyme supplements" on the market today . . .


But . . . in a nut shell my friends . . . taking a "pancreatic digestive enzymes" . . . containing Amylase, Lipase and Protease would be best.


Why???


Well . . . without the support of healthy digestion . . . we now find ourselves with poor nutrient absorption, gas, bloating, indigestion, diarrhea or constipation following our meals.


And PEOPLE . . . we actually DON'T have to live that way . . .


You see . . . in this Western world of today . . . with all its craziness . . .


We've become a society of illness . . . with digestive systems that just . . .


DON'T WORK ANYMORE!!!


Neal Shusterman (an American writer) once said . . .


"Does a sick society, get so USED to its illness . . . that it can't remember being well?

And what "if" the memory is too dangerous for the people who like things the way they are?"


Well . . . unfortunately in today's world . . .


It's become WAY too common to NOT FEEL GOOD!!!


Cancer, heart disease, obesity and "many" other illnesses" have become a way of LIFE!!


We give it a "label" and call it a "disease" . . .


BUT . . . it's reality . . . it's just a "malfunction" of the body.


You see . . . we've become a PRODUCT of our ENVIRONMENT . . . with weight issues, gut issues, depression, aches and pains, wrinkles, gray hair, illness, disease and DEATH . . . EVERYWHERE!!!


And it seems in today's world . . . if we CAN'T complain about it . . .


The day just isn't complete!


So, how did we get to this point?

Whatever happened to telling someone how "GREAT" you feel?

How life was good today?

How your family and friends are all healthy and safe?


Whatever happened to feeling "HAPPY and HEALTHY", and being "FIT" and "TRIM"???


Well, listen up people . . . because we "must" correct our deficiency in "enzymes" to heal and function properly.


And determining how well or NOT . . . we "poop" . . . is a good indicator of what's going on in our body.


So, the question for today is this . . .


Are we doing it right???


"POOPING" . . . that is . . .


But, how many times we "poop" in a day can make or break our health . . .


So, how many times a day do you "poop"???


Well . . . if you're looking at a scale with "good" being a 10 . . . and "bad" being a 1 . . .


"Pooping" 3 times a "day" would be a "10"


And "pooping" 3 times a "week" would be closer to a . . . "2 or 3".


With "pooping" once a week or not even . . . being a . . . "1".


You see . . . normal for optimal health . . . is having at least 1 GOOD bowel movement "everyday".


But many of us find ourselves having "ghost poop" instead . . .


So what's a "ghost poop" you ask???
