Good Monday morning my friends . . .
I hope to find you all healthy and happy today . . .
So, last week . . . we spoke about ways to help with our "menopausal symptoms" . . .
And we discovered that the brain's "limbic system" and its "estrogen receptors" have A LOT to do with our issues . . . and discomfort of menopause.
So, the next question we need to ask is this . . . is there anything else that can cause this "hormonal imbalance"???
And can it affect a woman's "change of life" . . . MENOPAUSE???
Well . . . the answer to that would be . . . "YES"!!!
You see . . . we've spoken about a "Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth" (SIBO) in the "small" intestine several times before . . .
And this "overgrowth" . . . can cause "mast cell activation" and "high histamine" . . . which contributes to "premenstrual mood symptoms."
And for women that are perimenopausal, menopausal or postmenopausal . . .
There "IS" a relationship between "mast cell activation" . . . "histamine" . . . and "ESTROGEN".
And the biggest thing . . . we as women need to learn . . . is that our "gut health" can "directly" affect our "menopausal symptoms".
You see . . . "estrobolome" is a collection of bacteria in the "gut" . . . which is capable of "metabolizing" and "modulating" the body's circulation of "ESTROGEN".
And it's "this" bacteria in the gut that affects "estrogen levels" . . . which in turn can impact weight, mood and "LIBIDO"!
You see . . . this "estrobolome" is responsible for maintaining our "hormonal balance".
And should it "decline" with age . . . it can cause "vaginal dryness" and "mood changes" . . .
So keeping it in "balance" can reduce the risk of "menopausal symptoms" in any stage of "menopause".
And how do we do that???
Well . . . More "FIBER" in our diet LADIES.
Unfortunately . . . this Western diet we all love so much . . . consists of "HIGH CARBS" and "LOW FIBER"!!!
So, tomorrow . . . let's continue to discover if "MORE FIBER" will help reduce "hot flashes".
