So, what are "GHOST" poops . . . and how do we fix that?

So, we left off yesterday . . . asking the question . . . what are "ghost poops"???


Well . . . it's an "urge" to poop . . . that ends up only being gas . . . or a small poop that's so "smooth" and "quick" . . . it goes down the drain before you can even turn around to see it.


Ever have that happen???


Well . . . that's very common when being "constipated" . . .


Okay . . . so next question . . . how long is "NORMAL" . . . to be siting on the toilet to take a "poop"???


Well . . . the "average, healthy" bowel movement takes "12 seconds" . . .


YOU HEARD ME RIGHT PEOPLE!!!!


It takes "12 seconds" and it should take "no longer" than "10 minutes" to accomplish that mission.


So, if you're a "toilet sitter" . . . and "waiting" for that "poop" to come . . .


This may NOT . . . be a healthy pass time.


So, how do "digestive enzymes" help with bowel movements???


Well . . . because they help the body break down fats, carbohydrates and proteins . . .


They "promote" healthy digestion . . . healthy "gastrocolic reflex" . . . and a healthy "urge" for a bowel movement.


So . . . get your "digestive tract" working properly for a good "POOP" people!!!


And my "Constipation Smoothie" can help this process . . .


So, here we go . . .


Ingredients: 1 serving


1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of fresh pears - skinned, deseeded and core removed

1/2 cup of organic baby spinach

1 tablespoon of "unrefined" organic cold pressed coconut oil

1 tablespoon of hemp seeds


Instructions:


In a blender . . . add all ingredients.

Mix well

Serve and enjoy


And why does this work so well???


Well . . . a true "almond milk" - is high in fiber content.


Now, this is one that is organic and unsweetened with the least amount of ingredients.


"Blueberries" - are also full of fiber and can prevent and maintain regularity for a healthful digestive tract


"Pears" - are a sweet fruit packed with vitamins and antioxidants that also contains high fiber


"Spinach" - is loaded with fiber and vitamins that will get your "pooper" pooping


Coconut oil - has a laxative effect that can increase "metabolism" and help food pass more quickly and easily through the body.


And "hemp seeds" - are high in fiber that can aid in digestion, balance hormones and improve metabolism.


So, did you see a "COMMON DENOMINATOR" in all these elements???


That's right . . . this smoothie is HIGH in FIBER!!!


Which is one of the most important elements that this Western diet is "MISSING"!!!!!!!!!!!
