T-CELLS POWER!

Okay . . . so, let's recap . . . in case I confused you this week . . .


The term "AIDS" means . . . "Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome" . . .


And this is when . . . the "power" of our immune system's T-cells . . . are at an all time LOW . . . and unable to protect our body from "infection" and "disease"!!!


And when this happens . . . ANY VIRUS . . . can now attack and destroy the body's immune system.


Okay . . . so, with that being said . . .


The question I presented this week was this . . . IS THERE SUCH A THING AS . . . V-AIDS???


Meaning . . . "VIRUSES" that causes AIDS . . .


And the answer we found is . . . YES!!!!


But . . . our official . . . ARE ONLY . . . associating AIDS with the HIV virus . . . and NOT all the other viruses I listed the other day.


So . . . when we ask the question . . . CAN . . . the Covid-19 virus . . . and/or . . . it vaccines and boosters . . . cause "Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome" . . .


The answer is . . . YES!!!


So, let's take today to figure out how to increase our T-Cell POWER . . . for optimal health . . . and reversing the devastation of Covid-19


First up . . .


"NUTRITION" - Eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods like . . . fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein sources . . . focusing on . . .


"Vitamin C" foods like . . . citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberries, potatoes and peppers . . . this is due to "C" supporting white blood T-cells production and activity


"Vitamin D" foods like . . . fish and sun exposure


"Garlic" . . . boosts T-cell counts. which helps white blood cells fight off pathogens and viruses


"Ginger" . . . helps activate T-cells and has anti-inflammatory properties


"Turmeric" . . . aids in production of T-cells


"Zinc" . . . is crucial for T-cell development


"Green Tea" . . . is high in antioxidants that stimulate T-cell production


"Protein" foods like . . . lean meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, nuts and seed are all vital for T-cells function


"Antioxidant" foods like . . . leafy greens, spinach, kale


"Mushrooms" . . . increase the production and activity of white blood cells, especially T-cells


"Sweet potatoes" . . . are rich in beta-carotene, which can increase T-cell activity


Next up . . .


"EXERCISE" - do regular physical activities at least 150 minutes per week . . . this improves cardiovascular health and increases T-cell production


"SLEEP" - we should get at least 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night . . . this is crucial for a healthy immune system and our T-cells


"STOP" - smoking and drinking alcohol . . . both weaken the immune system and our T-cells


"MANAGE STRESS" - chronic stress weakens the immune system and T-cells


All of these elements in life can BOOST the body's T-cell production and activity for a healthier YOU!!!


So . . . "IF" . . . you've had COVID-19 . . . had any of the vaccines and boosters . . . have "long Covid" . . .


Or . . . think you may have "acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome" . . . from any of the above . . .


You need to get your "T- lymphocyte cells" . . . POWERED UP!!!
