The "IMPORTANCE" of "POOP"!

So, today . . . let's continue with the importance of having a "GOOD, healthy" bowel movement!!!


And what color, shape and size . . . is a good indicator whether we are "TRULY" healthy or "NOT"!!!


So, here we go . . .


"FREQUENCY" - several bowel movements per day . . . which constantly REMOVES toxins from the body . . . BUT NO MORE THAN 3 per day . . .


You know the old saying . . . SOMETHING IN . . . SOMETHING OUT!

 3 meals in . . . 3 healthy poops out!


"COLOR" - the elimination process . . . normally takes 3 days from start to finish . . . and with this . . . we will see "BROWN" poop.


But . . . if this process is "faster" than 3 days . . . we will see the color a little greener.


Now . . . if stool is pale, white or light gray - this could be indicating a block in the flow of bile or liver disease . . . and therefore . . . the body holds the poop too long without proper fluids.


And if stool is black and sticky - it could mean bleeding internally. NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!


Many times people that have been "smoking" for years . . . have this color poop!


"SIZE and SHAPE" - now . . . it doesn't really matter how big or small, thin or fat - in the thick of things . . . AS LONG AS YOU'RE POOPING IT OUT!!!!


"ODOR" - we spoke about this last week . . . "poop" really shouldn't have much of a smell" at all . . . other than a slight organic smell.


And with this . . . it means the "small" and "large intestine are doing their job correctly.


And the bacteria called "Archaea" . . . are where they're supposed to be in the "large" intestine


However . . . too much "stink" . . . or . . . "foul" smell . . . means "NOT" a consistent elimination . . . undigested food . . . and food rotting in the intestine


"FLOATING STOOL or STICK TO THE TOILET BOWL POOP" - is an increase of fat or excess gas in the stool . . . so, we would want to question "if" our diet is correct.


This is an "indicator" our "Archaea" is "OUT of BALANCE"!!!


"MUCUS IN OUR STOOL" - an indication of "inflammation" or "irritation" in the intestinal wall lining . . . from a "bacterial overgrowth" like . . . SIBO, IMO, IBD . . . or . . . CANDIDA.


"LOOSE STOOL" (diarrhea) - means a GI infections like SIBO or IBD . . . lactose intolerance or a signal of "SPLEEN" GI deficiency


"CONSTIPATION" - means lack of ample water intake and/or dietary fiber . . . or IMO, IBD infections


"STOOL that comes out in SMALL PELLETS or ROUND BALLS" - means lack of dietary fiber! Meaning this Western diet!!!!!!


"STOOL THAT SINKS QUICKLY to the bottom of the bowl" -


WELL . . . THAT'S "NORMAL", "HEALTHY POOP my friends!!!


CONGRATULAIONS!!!!
