What's CATARACTS "really" all about?

Good morning my friends . . . I hope you all had an awesome weekend.

It's a bit "foggy" here on the farm . . . but life is good!

So, this week let's talk about "CATARACTS" . . . and learn about the "possibilities" . . .

Now . . . "cataracts" are a "cloudy" patch that develops in the "lens" of the eye . . . and are considered a "common" occurrence as we "AGE"!

With science stating . . . that "cataracts" . . . is just part of the "natural process of aging".

And with this . . . more than half of Americans . . . will have "cataracts" or "cataract surgery" by the age of 80 . . .

But . . . nowadays . . . we're seeing more and more babies, young children and middle aged adults . . . being diagnosed with this disease.

So, WHY IS THAT???

Well . . . science states the main causes of "cataracts" are . . .

A family history of cataracts

Diabetes

A serious eye injury

Eye surgery to treat "glaucoma" or other eye conditions

Taking "STEROIDS" for ailments like "arthritis" and "allergies"

Radiation treatment for cancer or other diseases

Smoking and VAPING

and Alcohol consumption

And the "first" signs of having "cataracts" are . . .

Vision becoming cloudy or blurry

Colors looking faded

Hard time seeing at night

Lamps, sunlight or head lights seem too bright

Seeing a "halo" around lights

or Seeing "double" vision

And "IF" you already have "cataracts" . . . what can make it "worse"???

Well . . . things like . . .

Prolong exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays

Using "Corticosteroids"

Having had chickenpox

Herpes

HIV

Rubella

or Syphilis

"Conventional medicine" also states . . . there is "NO" cure . . . other than "surgery"!!!

There's "NO" medication that can "eliminate" existing "cataracts" . . .

And "NO" eyewear can completely counteract their effects to the eye.

AND WHY IS THIS???

Well . . . "cataracts" SURGERY . . . is a "HUGE" business and "BIG" dollars.

And unfortunately . . . the "medical industry" . . . "WILL NEVER" . . . let an "eye drop" solution replace this "money maker"!!!

So, so, sad!!!
