How does the hormone "Ghrelin" affect our Health?

So, yesterday . . . we ended with . . . how do we "reset" our hormone called . . . "Leptin"???
Well . . . the easiest way would be to . . .
Eat an "Anti-inflammatory Diet" . . .
And this is due to it . . . "reducing" carbohydrates and Omega 6 fatty acids!!!
But . . . to go one step BETTER . . .
"MY" . . . "Compliant Anti-inflammatory Diet" . . .
Why you ask???
Well . . . this is due to my Anti-inflammatory diet . . . ONLY has "COMPLIANT" carbohydrates in it and is "high in Omega 3 fatty acids!!!
Which makes it's even "healthier"!!!
You see . . . by reducing carbohydrates during the day and eating "compliant" ones for dinner . . .
This allows . . . the body to "burn fat" during the night when the hormone called "Leptin" . . . our "fasting hormone" . . . is at its "peak" activity . . .
Now . . . what about the hormone called . . . "Ghrelin" . . . that our "Cortisol hormone" can mess up all day . . . "IF" . . . we've had "caffeine" in the morning???
Well . . . that's our "HUNGER" hormone!!!
And it's the one that makes sure we NEVER starve!!!
Remember the other day . . . I told you that "Cortisol" MIXED with "caffeine" . . .
TURNS OFF our "Leptin hormone" . . . so, we can't fast!!!
Well . . . "Cortisol" MIXED with "caffeine" . . .
TURNS ON our "Ghrelin hormone" . . . so, we can't STOP eating all day long . . .
You see . . . the "Ghrelin hormone" . . . is our "hunger hormone" . . . which is produced in the "stomach" . . .
And this hormone . . . "stimulate" . . . appetite . . . increases food intake . . . and promotes FAT STORAGE for a rainy day . . .
Meaning . . . so we'll never "starve" . . .
So, in essence . . . this hormone is the one that . . .
Promotes the "accumulation" of FATTY TISSUE in the abdomen . . .
Which "reduces" the body's ability to "BURN FAT" . . .
So, between the hormones called "Leptin" and "Ghrelin" . . .
They can EITHER . . . "manage" . . . our energy balance . . . influence blood sugar levels . . . by stimulating the release of glucagon and reducing "insulin sensitivity" . . . for optimal health and weight!!!
OR . . . CAUSE us to EAT UNCONTROLLABLY . . . all day long . . . causing illness, disease . . . and obesity!!!
So . . . how do we "RESET" this hormone???
