My "Remedy" for "Gastritis"

So, when I broke my kneecap almost 4 months ago . . .


They put me on a regiment of "baby aspirin" twice a day for a month . . . and Oxycodone every 4 hours for 2 weeks . . .


Well . . . I did do the "aspirin" . . .


But, the OXY . . . I only did 1 time for the night to take the edge off for the first week.


But, in doing that simple routine . . .


It left me with "inflammation" in the wall lining of my stomach . . .


PEOPLE . . . that's what "baby aspirin" does to the stomach when you take it EVERY DAY!!!.


In other words . . . I got . . . "gastritis"!!!


So, how did "I" . . . fix this issue you ask???


Well . . . I took a few "natural" elements . . .


First up . . .


"Raw Garlic" . . . 1 medium size clove with breakfast . . . NOT COOKED people . . . just "chew" and "shallow"


You see . . . "garlic" contains "allicin" . . . a compound with "antibacterial" properties that can help "fight" H. pylori . . . the "bad" bacteria that CAUSES "gastritis"


"Garlic" also has "anti-inflammatory" properties that can "reduce" stomach irritation . . .


And it contains "prebiotics" that "FEED" the beneficial bacteria (good bacteria) in the gut that can help improve digestion in this time of need.


Next up . . .


"Walnuts" . . . a few "raw" walnuts . . . after every meal


Walnuts are also an "anti-inflammatory" . . . and can "protect" the stomach lining from irritation and infection.


They actually "coat" the wall lining to "prevent" ASPIRIN from damaging the lining of the stomach . . . without . . . stopping the power of the aspirin to thin the blood.


Next, I took . . .


"Glutathione" . . . this is a must people . . . and I took that twice a day on an empty stomach


You see . . . "Glutathione" is the "MOTHER OF ALL ANTIOXIDANTS" for the body and optimal health.


And this powerful "antioxidant" . . . can protect the stomach lining from damage caused by "OXIDATIVE STRESS" . . . remember we just recently spoke about that.


And finally . . . "spore-forming" probiotics


We've spoken about them MANY times before also . . .


And they have the ability to . . .


Support the "gut" lining


Balance our "good" to "bad" ratio of bacteria in the body and intestines


They interact with our immune system to reduce "inflammation


And they have "antimicrobial" properties to "inhibit" the growth of harmful, bad bacteria like H. pylori


And after a regiment of that for about a month . . . I was good to go again.


You see . . . 99% of our health issues . . . START with the bacteria called . . . H. pylori . . . or . . . this fungi called . . . Candida.
