Good morning my family and friends . . .
So, my question for this week . . . is this . . . what do we know about the "macronutrient" called . . . "magnesium"???
Well . . . we've all "heard" before . . . that "magnesium" . . . is great for "leg cramps" and "improved sleep" . . .
But . . . did you know it can also help with . . . .
Blood sugar regulation
Reducing stress
Improving symptoms of anxiety and depression
Reducing headaches
Helping to maintain bone health
Improving blood pressure levels
Regulating muscles and nerve function
