Understanding "BILE" - continued

So, yesterday . . . we spoke about the ramifications . . of when the body contains "too much" BILE.
And the outcome was . . . "increasing" the potential and/or progression of "cancer"
With symptoms being . . .
Watery diarrhea
Abdominal cramps
Urgency to defecate (poop) - not necessarily diarrhea
Fecal incontinence
and Bloating
So . . . what happens if we "DON'T" have "enough" bile production in the body . . . or . . . "bile" is at a LESSOR "concentration"???
Well . . . it can lead to "difficulty" digesting "FATS" . . . which can cause pale or clay-colored stools, abdominal discomfort, nausea, bloating, and malabsorption of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K . .
Which can result in nutritional deficiencies like . . . vision problems, weak bones and bleeding issues.
You see . . . at this point . . . without the "small" intestine having enough "bile" . . . the body struggles to absorb nutrients from fatty foods we consume.
So, where does "cancer" come into all of this???
Well . . . "bile salts" . . . may be a "key" factor.
Okay . . . so, I spoke about "bile fluid" . . . "bile acids" . . . but, what are "bile salts"???
Well, "bile salts" are just another name for "bile ACIDS" . . . and remember . . . they're just a component of "bile fluid".
And they're the organic component that digests the "fat" we eat.
Now . . . "bile salts" are made from the "cholesterol" that the LIVER makes . . .
NOT THE CHOLESTEROL WE CONSUME IN OUR FOOD . . .
And they're "joined together" with the amino acids called glycine or taurine . . . which "increase" their water solubility.
So, tomorrow . . . let's continue with the connection of "bile salts" and Cancer.
